Adam H. Campbell

Founding Partner & Managing Director

Adam is the Founder and Managing Principal of Campbell Management Group Inc. (CMG), an independent wealth management firm dedicated to providing strategic financial guidance tailored to the unique needs of professional athletes, entertainers, content creators, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and high-performing professionals—particularly those navigating complex cross-border financial strategies.

With more than two decades of experience advising individuals and families, Adam delivers a highly personalized, hands-on approach to every client relationship. He is a firm believer in the efficiencies that can be created by delivering comprehensive CFO-level services, empowering clients to build and protect their wealth while pursuing financial independence and long-term generational prosperity.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI), where he also competed on the varsity hockey team. Adam has earned several industry certifications, including the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), and Financial Planning Standards Council (FPSC) credentials.

CMG was established in 2009 and has worked closely with family offices on both sides of the Canada-U.S. border. In 2018, the firm transitioned to full independence, allowing for even greater flexibility and alignment with client interests.

While CMG’s headquarters are located in Toronto, Adam resides in Prince Edward Island with his wife and three children.

Kory French

Parnter & Managing Director

With over two decades of experience, Kory has established himself as a versatile professional adept at managing not only athletes, entertainers, and high-net-worth individuals, but also company teams. His career reflects a commitment to excellence and a dynamic approach to client relations. Kory has continued to leverage his extensive experience in both Canada and the US to provide top-tier management services to all CMG clients. His role involves strategic planning, client representation, and ensuring that the unique needs of each client are met with personalized solutions. In addition to his professional pursuits, Kory is known for his proactive approach to networking and talent acquisition. He has a keen eye for identifying opportunities that align with both client aspirations and organizational objectives. Kory’s dedication to his craft and his clients has solidified his reputation as a trusted advisor and manager in the industry.

Kory’s academic background includes a BA from Acadia University in Wolfville, NS, and an MA from Columbia University in the City of New York. He is focused on expanding CMG in the Pacific region of the continent and working on developing a greater impact in Vancouver and Los Angeles. Kory resides in Calgary with his wife and two children.

Karen M. Glen

Director of Accounting & Internal Operations

Karen is a highly experienced CPA with expertise in accounting, taxation, financial analysis and business consulting. With over two decades of experience spanning industries such as real estate management, entertainment, and public accounting, she has developed a keen eye for corporate and personal tax optimization. Karen has held key roles with a variety of organizations ranging from large, Fortune 500 companies, to smaller owner-managed proprietorships. In addition to her extensive corporate experience, she has also served as a community college business educator, sharing her expertise with the next generation of financial professionals.

Karen is certified in Six Sigma methodology and her commitment to process improvement ensures focused, precise, on-time financial reporting for all CMG clients and the corporations. Whether helping CMG streamline operations to add more value to the client, or mentoring future professionals, Karen’s depth of knowledge and strategic mindset make her an integral leader at CMG.

James Gill

Client Relationship Manager (CRM)

With a strong background in sports development and hospitality management, James brings a dynamic mix of leadership, sharp analytical thinking and operational expertise. Holding a BA in Sports Development from the University of Chichester (UK), he has worked internationally in various managerial roles— from overseeing large-scale youth sports programs to supervising bustling hospitality venues. James excels in leading some of CMG’s top-tier clients through their most complex situations. His attention to client engagement and business operations makes him a trusted counsel to this entire roster of talent.

Recognized for his dedication to the detail and understanding of each unique challenge, James consistently and confidently delivers the CMG client experience, driving 100% client satisfaction and retention.

Kristin Pothemont

Administrative Assistant

Kristin Pothemont possesses a unique blend of digital operational expertise, client-focused care, research analytics and a natural interest for the world of sports and entertainment. As a graduate of The University of Toronto with a background in Sociology and Criminology, Kristin’s early career was rooted in service – supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and guiding at-risk youth. These formative experiences shaped her commitment to empathetic, results driven support, which she now channels into managing the fast-paced, detail heavy world of high-net-worth clients.

Her approach is thoughtful and thorough—whether keeping projects on track, streamlining internal processes, or ensuring the day-to-day runs smoothly for the company’s executives, employees and clients alike. Outside of work, Kristin is an avid traveler and former athlete who played volleyball and competed in track & field. With a personal passion for the industry, she has a natural understanding of the unique demands and lifestyle of CMG’s clients.

Rhys Byberg

Administrative Assistant

Rhys Byberg, a versatile professional with a diverse background, has honed his analytical skills across various financial and sports-related industries. With a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McMaster University, Rhys has excelled as an Accounting Specialist and a Sports Research Analyst. Additionally, he has demonstrated his expertise as a SMS Sales Associate, optimizing e-commerce growth and enhancing customer engagement.

Rhys’s strong background in finance, research, and project management makes him a well-rounded professional, capable of tackling complex problems and driving strategic success.
